DAY2: Adjusting to job-hunting under Covid
～How to Appeal Yourself～
Recruiting Interested Participants!
In the age of co-existence with Corona, changes are occurring with the way how companies are handling internships and employment. In this age, we need a new method for something akin to an information front that accurately collects various information which connects it to an individual’s employment.
On the other hand, things that are closely related to the employment culture in Japan such as self-promotion/appeals (PR), and finding your own axis are considered important points in the employment culture. Utilizing one’s position as a foreign student and being aware of important facts when it comes to job hunting in Japan, especially when it comes to the work culture, is crucial to one’s progress in the employment process.
For the 2nd job hunting event,
We have invited an expert in the job-hunting for international students to give speeches concerning and related to job hunting such as company understanding, potential employment and job hunting methods that take advantage of one’s position as an international student. We have also invited personnel managers from HORIBA, Co. Ltd. to provide information on the hiring and employment process that they employ in their respective companies.
We also have discussions and a Q&A session! Please feel free to participate!
